My Smart Hands Tacoma reserves the right to cancel or postpone
any class or workshop due to low enrollment. A service fee will be
imposed for all returned checks. A request for a full refund will be
granted only if your request is presented before the first class
begins. No refunds will be issued after the start of the 1st class.
You must pay in full before the start of the first class. If you register
for a class after the start of the second class, the class fee will be
prorated.
